RESPONSIBILITY:

For both projects, Jois Construction Management prepared pre-bid schedules. After the contract was awarded, Jois Construction Management advised the contractor in developing the Work Breakdown Structure, Activity Code Structure, and reporting requirements for the projects. Following the submission of the contractor’s cost-loaded baseline CPM schedule Jois Construction Management reviewed it to ensure that the schedule accurately represented the construction phasing plan and critical path. Jois Construction Management also reviewed the monthly schedule updates which involved analyzing the critical path to ascertain that it reflects the current status of the project, determining if any unauthorized changes have been made to schedule durations or logic, and preparing a Narrative Report for the owner. To keep the schedule realistic, Jois Construction Management ensured that all changes were incorporated into the schedule and corresponding impacts were discussed and agreed upon by all parties.
